The UA Local 350 Benefits Office was established to provide Health and Welfare, Annuity, Pension, Vacation funds to our membership and thier families.  Our 3rd Party administrator, Benefit Plan Administrators, handles all claims, forms, and paperwork.  Here we will provide you with the pertinent information that you need and you can visit the "In This Section" for more specific information on the plans available to you.
